The Turret Punch series from Durma provides high-speed sheet processing for small, medium, and large formats. The punching head features a rate of 3,200 strokes per minute during marking and 1,200 strokes per minute during punching. The machine control adjusts stroke travel speed and position, allowing speeds up to 116 m/min in the X axis, 80 m/min in the Y axis, and 140 m/min simultaneously.
The TP series can rotate tools in 0.01 degree increments, and tool changing occurs in less than 3 seconds for total turret movement and 0.6 seconds for single tool change.
The series can evacuate parts during punching and perform sorting and stacking. Parts up to 400 x 600 mm can be ejected directly into a parts container. Additionally, Durma offers an optional conveyor system.
Forming is conducted at similar speeds to punching and with minimum stroke travel. The dies are positioned below the table surface, preventing sheets from getting scratched or caught.
The TP series features direct drive technology, eliminating losses from belts, gears, or transmission systems. Durma offers a ball table option, designed for easy sheet movement, and a brush table option, designed for sensitive and soft material.
The TP series features a dynamic punch drive with closed loop control and Direct Electronic Copy Valve technology. The series includes a stress relieved O frame and automatic lubrication of moving parts. The series uses Siemens Sinumerik 840 DSL control system for punching.
