The 26kW REGIUS 3015 AJe Fiber Laser Cutting System, paired with the AMS 3015 CL cycle loader and TK 3015 automated part sorter, ensures continuous high-speed processing, efficient material handling, and precise part sorting.
With the system’s AMNC 4ie control, you get a user-friendly interface, a large touch screen, and one-touch operations. An optional i-Camera Assisted System (i-CAS) enhances remnant cutting by diplaying selected remnants on the control screen, allowing for easy positioning and manipulation before cutting.
Options include seamless laser and punch integration, automated material transfer, automated material storage and retrieval, and of course Influent, AMADA’s IIoT software for managing the fabrication process and the machines that perform it.
